PremiTech and EXENET Partner to Provide Proactive Systems Management
Managed Service Offering Delivers Instant Monitoring of Desktop, Citrix and VMware Applications
LAS VEGAS, October 9, 2005 - PremiTech, a leading provider of software for auditing and optimizing IT performance, today announced it has formed a strategic partnership with EXENET LLC, a leading provider of IT Optimization and Assurance services. The agreement enables EXENET to deliver Premitech's Performance Guard™ as a Managed Services offering. In addition to its hosted service, EXENET will distribute the entire range of Performance Guard™ systems management products to organizations across the U.S.
EXENET will host Performance Guard in its enterprise-class Network Operations Center to remotely monitor clients' Citrix, VMware and PC-based applications and networks on a 24x7 basis. Clients will benefit from immediate performance-monitoring and reporting, as well as by engaging EXENET's expert services to optimize their IT systems based on the exact findings by Performance Guard.
