Umit Cinali - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Cinali joined EXENET LLC from Exenet Technologies, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer. While with Exenet Technologies, the company expanded its managed services offerings and raised venture capital funding to sustain its growth. Exenet Technologies was awarded Deloitte and Touche's prestigious Fast 50 award, given to the highest growth technology companies in New York.

Prior to Exenet Technologies, Cinali was Chief Operating Officer at FitLinxx, the global leader in interactive fitness networking. At FitLinxx, he had primary responsibility for scaling domestic and international operations, as well as overseeing sales, product development, product and partner marketing. In 1999 FitLinxx was named the 20th fastest growing technology company in the U.S. Cinali implemented the company's "click-and-mortar" strategy, which was the finalist for the annual MIT Sloan "e-Business Click & Mortar Award along with UPS, Land's End and Gateway. Prior to FitLinxx, Cinali was the Executive Vice President of Melard Technologies, a leading provider of wireless mobile computing platform for field service automation. Before joining Melard, Cinali was an international marketing manager for Raychem Corporation, a Fortune 500 enterprise, currently a division of TYCO International.

Cinali has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS degree in engineering from MIT.
