Arup Das - Chief Technology Officer

Arup Das is the co-founder of EXENET LLC.  He has excelled in the system integration field for 15 years, founding two successful companies, including a venture backed company that built an infrastructure as a software service delivery platform (AIP).  He was instrumental in EXENET’s significant growth, with multiple acquisitions including the division of a major NASDAQ traded technology company.

At EXENET, Das leads strategy and corporate business development, and oversees the practice areas for the company. The practices are focused on alternative investment and legal services verticals, and provide solutions aligned with business requirements.  As a trusted advisor to his clients, he focuses on infrastructure technologies, business process modeling, business intelligence, collaboration methodologies, knowledge/information management, and operational risk management solutions.

Das is an expert in the operational and business workflow of global law firms and hedge funds.  His focus areas include business intelligence and enterprise dashboards, e-discovery and litigation support, and risk management and operational workflow of OTC derivatives.  During 2007, Das led technology consulting team for the largest law firm merger in the US, where EXENET performed the due diligence and undertook the subsequent integration projects.

Prior to founding EXENET, Das was Vice President of Technology at Exenet Technologies.  Das joined Exenet Technologies as Director of Design Services, managing the design team for architecture planning and consulting services. Prior to joining Exenet Technologies, Das was a design analyst at Digital Network Associates (later acquired by United States Office Products), working on the new design of large-scale systems for multi-national financial services organizations, media companies, and professional services firms.
