Network Integration Solutions
EXENET is a leading systems and network integration organization with a strong heritage
in the design, installation, configuration and maintenance of enterprise networks.
EXENET incorporates turnkey solutions with the system integration services necessary
to ensure seamless communication and migration of mission-critical data and infrastructure.
EXENET has developed a proven process with over hundreds of client engagements since
1997 that guides a client through five specific stages: Requirements analysis, design,
implementation planning, network monitoring and field support.
The EXENET team first conducts a detailed requirements analysis survey to determine
precise client and project needs. The requirements analysis phase allows the team
to develop a thorough understanding of the client's business issues, an analysis
of project workflow, an analysis of existing staff skill sets and a review of technology
currently in place. Together with the client, the team creates a series of short-term
and long-term goals and an overall budget review.
The EXENET specialists then start the process for a realistic and
cost effective design. The EXENET team will not only create a unique
design based upon the detailed requirements analysis, but also leverage
the experiences gained from implementing similar systems and networks
as appropriate. Prior to installation of a client's network, a complete
staging of all equipment is conducted at EXENET's laboratory to
ensure optimum performance of all components. This step reduces
implementation issues onsite at time of local installation. The
result for the client is an error- proof system thoroughly tested
for desired functionality.
Every client has an EXENET project manager who is responsible for coordination of
the project for the duration of the relationship. The project manager provides a
detailed project plan and an implementation outline that determines dates for each
phase of installation. Complete project management is assured through EXENET's coordination
of its engineers and vendors with the client's IT staff. Since the system installation
has been pre-staged, the actual installation process is typically without issue.
The client is provided with detailed design, configuration and installation documentation,
complete training and knowledge transfer, and acceptance testing. In addition, equipment
vendors are involved throughout the entire rollout on an as-needed basis, with their
engineers on-site during particularly complex projects.
